Leading to the Next Level

There are various types of leaders. If we are all honest, not everyone is meant or capable of interacting with others. Some people can lead leaders, some can lead followers, others can only lead themselves.

The more we learn about ourselves, the more effective we will be in our various roles. There is a responsibility that comes with the influence we have!

Be an example – 1 Tim. 4:12b; 2 Thess. 3:6-15; Titus 2:7-8, 1 Pet. 5:2-3

• in speech … the way you communicate
• in manner of life … the way you conduct yourself
• in love … the way you respond to God and people
• in faith … the way you trust God
• in purity … the way you confront temptation & sin in your life
• in work ethic … the way you serve
• in goodness … the way you demonstrate integrity
• In structure…the way you control your environment
• in attitude toward serving
• in attitude toward the people you serve
